Turning Compassion into Action
Turning Compassion into Action
Exploring how technology, neuroscience, and empathy can work together to improve emotional wellness and inclusion.
I’m Sid, a Junior Student at Clarksburg High School (Class of 2027). I’m interested in how neuroscience, data, and technology can work together to support emotional health and cognitive performance.
Through projects like Spectrum Guardians, StressSense, and BrainBoost, I’ve been exploring how small, research-based ideas can make measurable change — from peer support for neurodiverse students to using wearable data for stress detection.
I hope to continue learning through research in neuroscience and biomedical innovation, with the long-term goal of contributing to more compassionate, human-centered healthcare.
